FAQ

Why the different shades of colors on the shirts?

Some shirts might show different shades of colors between the sizes, this is mainly because no manufacturer creates all sizes and we have to select different manufacturers to be able to have all sizes available, please note that this is a normal situation since each manufacturer is completely independent to each other and each color will be slightly different. The difference is about 10%

Are the shirts true to size?

The shirts are true to size, we do have different styles available depending on the listing, we strongly recommend to use the chart size to choose the correct size.
Youth shirts are true to size for boy, however girls tends to be smaller than boy we recommend to double check the measurements to get a better fit for girls.

Difference between Ladies and Man T Shirts

Men’s
The shape of men’s t-shirts is mainly straight up and down. The shoulder area has a sloping effect down from the collar and the sleeves also slope down but from an angle. Bodies come in all shapes and if a larger size is required, the shape remains the same – straight up and down only there is more fabric to accommodate a larger frame.

Ladies'
Women’s t-shirts are tailored very differently than men’s mostly to accommodate the very different shape of the female body. It fit to the natural female body shape.

For example a size M for man will be bigger than a ladies M.

What print method is used?

We use DTG

DTG stands for “direct to garment” printing. With DTG, a printer directly applies the ink to the clothing item with inkjet technology. This concept is similar to printing on paper, except that it’s on a t-shirt. The desired design is printed directly onto the garment, hence direct to garment, with a special printer using water-based inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.

Care instructions

• Machine wash warm
• Inside out, with like colors
• Only non-chlorine bleach
• Tumble dry low (hang dry recommended)
• Do not iron
• Do not dry clean

Why are white shirts cheaper than the color shirts?

There are three main reasons why the white shirts are cheaper than the color shirts, one of them is that white shirts are faster to print than color shirts. The second reason is that the white shirts do not require to be prepare before printing, color shirts are required to be prepare with a bounding agent than needs to be sprayed on the shirt in order for the ink to stick to the shirts. The third reason is that color shirt does require a 5th color (white ink) to be printed on a t shirt in order for the colors to stand out, this is something that white shirts are not required to have since the white t shirts acts as the white background.

Why my shirts does have wet/marks spots?

Some shirts might show the wet/marks of the bonding agent (pre-treat) what we apply to each shirt to stick the ink to the garment, this marks are washable and will come off on the first wash.
