We are pleased to facilitate the exchange or return of products that are defective, incorrect, or non-customized within a 30-day window from the date of purchase.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES POLICY:
For the return of non-defective items in new condition, customers are responsible for covering the associated shipping fees. In contrast, for defective or damaged items, we assume responsibility for the incurred shipping fees. Our commitment is to ensure a seamless and fair process for our valued customers. REFUND PROCESSING TIMEFRAME:

Upon our receipt of the returned item, please be advised that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to reflect on your original form of payment. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this processing period. 

CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED/MADE TO ORDER:
Due to the unique nature of custom, personalized, or made-to-order items, regrettably, these products are not eligible for return or exchange.

We do accept cancellations within two hours of placing your order for custom/personalized items.
